Case of Closed Heavy Machinery Processing Steel Structure Factory Building
The closed heavy machinery processing workshop steel structure plant of the project adopts fully closed design, which is not affected by the weather during production and processing, and also greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of workers to improve efficiency. Our company applies the steel structure depth prefabrication construction technology in the project, through 3D modeling in the design of steel structure drawings, detailed to each connection position and bolt arrangement. The technical team evaluated on-site and designed a program suitable for the actual needs of the workshop. Technical detailed investigation was carried out to exclude the complicated connection, many nodes, high design requirements and short installation time of steel structure prefabrication, and efficiently completed all the production problems.
